Small Classes – Less Cost, Just as Much Punch!

Interested in personal training but concerned about the cost? Group training might be the perfect option for you. With classes no larger than eight participants, group training offers just as much focus on your individual health and fitness goals, while providing an environment of camaraderie and fun.

Every session is a total body workout. Training includes balance training, stretching, plyometric, kettle bells, calisthenics, medicine balls and much more. And no worries, there is a modification for every exercise to match your fitness level. To keep it fun and invigorating, classes differ with a variety of exercises each time.

Start your fitness today with this muscle toning, fat burning, sweat pouring regimen. Sessions range from timed workout stations, to stations with a repetition count to complete. No matter your fitness level, there is a modification for every exercise asked to perform.

Tuesday- 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Wednesday- 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Thursday- 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Friday- 5 am, 9 am, 11 am
Saturday- 7 am & 10 am
Sunday- 3:30 pm
