Boxing 101

Whether you want to let off some steam, want to learn how to box, or want to do it competitively, you can do it all at Jovan’s Body Works with a USA certified boxing coach, Level II. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing including the proper stances (right handed- orthodox and/or left handed-southpaw), how to put together punching combinations, offensive and defensive tactics, foot work techniques, how to use a speed bag,  and much, much more.

Boxing training could have you burn upwards to a 1000 calories per workout.
