1-On-1 Personal Training

If you’re not a fan of group training and want the focus to be about you and your fitness goals then 1-on-1 training is for you. You can choose a  30- or 60-minute session that is specifically designed for your fitness goals and needs.

A fitness evaluation will be administered before training begins to establish a plan and set mini goals. The evaluation will include measurements, body fat and BMI check, address any injuries and concerns, understanding your nutritional patterns, a fitness test and more.

Monday – 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Tuesday – 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Wednesday – 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Thursday – 5 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm & 6:30 pm
Friday – 9 am & 11 am
Saturday – 7 am & 10 am
Sunday – 3:30 pm
